In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the changing seasons are not merely shifts in climate; they are profound manifestations of the natural world's rhythms. Spring, a season of renewal and rebirth, holds a special place in TCM philosophy. It is a time of awakening, when life re-emerges from its winter slumber. Schisandra (Wu Wei Zi)
